I explain in detail about each item I use and why to use it, so the video is fairly long.

I will be hosting the majority of the video on my own server so you can view it all in one take. It will take time to edit the video, but the more of you that subscribe to the video, the faster I'll try to get it out to you guys as it just shows that people are interested and appreciate what I'm doing, as I'm providing this video for free unlike some videos you see on YouTube.

The method I described in this video is just one way to go about it, however, there are many ways you can build a custom solar panel. Some use aluminum or plastic frames, but I found for a beginner, working with wood would probably be easier and cheaper.

Overall, building a solar panel can be fun, but there are many factors that play into building a solar panel, and I as well still have an extreme amount to still learn about it.

So I hope that for those wanting to learn more about solar energy and wanting to take the adventure of building their own solar panel will find this video very useful.

Again the video is fairly large, so to prevent from having to put 6 or 7 parts on youtube in 10 minute sections, I'm just going to host in on my server.

If you all have ANY questions, feel free to leave a comment under the video.

Thanks guys!
Source Youtube

How To Build A Solar Panel - Part 10

How To Build A Solar Panel - Part 10.

Solar Power Secrets - how to build your own solar panels, save money and help the planet...

It contains everything you need to know to get started fast...and you'll be amazed at what you can power with solar energy!

Over time you'll save money and get enormous satisfaction from helping Mother Earth too!

To watch to full video just video, just visit: http://www.solartechtown.com

Again the video is fairly large, so to prevent from having to put 6 or 7 parts on youtube in 10 minute sections, I'm just going to host in on my server.

If you all have ANY questions, feel free to leave a comment under the video.

Thanks guys!

How To Build A Solar Panel - Part 5

How To Build A Solar Panel - Part 5.

How To Build Your Own Solar Panels CLICK HERE

I, Robert Smith, show you every step I take to building a custom made solar panel from scratch. The truth is apart from the name there us actually no difference between the two. In a solar PV system Photovoltaic cells are formed into solar arrays and lined up to make a solar module that is commonly called solar panels.

In the past, and before the evolution and adaptation of its technology, photovoltaic cells were really not designed to be a major source of clean and renewable energy. Probably the first electronic gadgets that you've seen them in are your calculators and children's toys that required only a little amount electricity. The applications dated back in the late 50's but soon enough, photovoltaic usage was adapted in space missions and research and some of the most complex and sophisticated satellites were powered by solar energy.

As the decades have passed and we have move forward and evolved, we have created a new challenge; with the spurt of global economy's, particularly western countries, industrial& manufacturing sectors have soared and along with it the emissions of greenhouse gases have exploded! That is a very big problem which has been calling for a solution – fast!

This means in recent years the search has been on for newer and cleaner ways to produce the energy that we need to power our cities. In our accustomed reliance on fossil fuel sources for electricity we have overlooked the clean alternative energy that is all around us; from wind, to the force of a waterfall and most significantly the sun that basks our entire planet.

So where Solar Photovoltaic once seemed to be exclusively for space or very small applications, today the technology is being widely used as an effective and economically viable source for commercial and residential electricity. The necessary striving for clean alternative energy pushed to us to change the face of solar power and rely on it more than ever before. Along with this have come breakthrough applications and innovations which have given the capacity to mass produce solar modules and improve the efficiency of their power output while also making them cheaper.

In many parts of the world including the Australia, governments have set in place monetary rewards to strongly encourage their citizens to make the switch into solar energy electrical systems, as part of the agreed carbon reduction targets by the year 2020.

But you must remember that the technology and the government cannot solve the problem alone. What is required for it to succeed as well is your support & participation in making the switch to clean renewable solar power!

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/construction-articles/a-deeper-look-into-solar-photovoltaic-4638516.html
About the Author

Premier Solar is committed to being Australia's leading Solar Power & Renewable Energy solutions provider for both homes and medium to large scale commercial solar projects. To date, the United States is the third largest photovoltaic market in the world (behind #1 Germany and #2 Spain).

The solar market is undergoing constant changes. Also the idea of photovoltaics has been around for over a century, only recently has it become mainstream. In 2009, changes include new companies entering the market, lower-cost panels, and changes in incentives and regulation. Solar companies need to be on top of these changes in order to remain competitive.

California leads the United States in solar installations. It has 53% stake of photovoltaic output. Most of the growth in 2009 came from utility and residential solar installations. Price cuts with minimal declines in incentives provided incentives to homeowners to install solar. In addition, new programs, such as the Pennsylvania Sunshine Solar Program, provided incentive for new companies to enter the solar playing field.

With so many states offering incentives to install solar, the United States is able to keep funding sources relatively disperse. This means that the United States solar market does not have the same risk as the national policies of Germany or Spain.

In addition, 16 states have enacted a Renewable Portfolio Standard. The Renewable Portfolio Standard gives the source of electricity production and requires a set amount of electricity production from renewable sources. Part of this standard is solar electricity production.

In the next 5 years, the solar market is projected to grow to 4.5-5.5 gigaWatts. One gigaWatt is enough electricity for 70,000 homes. This is 10 times the size of the current solar market. With market growth like this, it is extremely tempting to enter the lucrative (and growing) solar market.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/economics-articles/us-solar-market-grows-despite-difficult-economic-conditions-2911109.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. Converting more solar power into electricity is high on the political agenda in many countries, amid the push to find domestic energy sources that are less polluting than fossil fuels.

Distribution

Despite rapid growth in recent years, solar power accounts for less than 1 percent of United States electricity use. Solar power is more entrenched in European countries such as Spain and Germany, which have promoted its development with strong incentives called feed-in tariffs, which require electric utilities to buy solar power at a high, fixed price. In the United States, California is by far the leading solar state.

How it Works

There are several ways to use the sun’s power to generate electricity. One of the most promising is called concentrating solar power. This involves using mirrors to reflect and focus the sun’s rays, providing heat, which in turn helps power a generator. Another is photovoltaic panels, such as the displays on the rooftops of homes and office buildings (some of these displays, especially in California, have recently experienced problems with theft).

Drawbacks and Incentives

The drawback to solar power is that it is expensive to produce: generating power from photovoltaic panels costs more than four times as much as coal, and more than twice what wind power costs. In the United States, the federal government and states have offered a variety of incentives to encourage homeowners and businesses to put panels on their roofs, and for utilities to buy power from large displays. Solar panels produce no energy at night, but that is not a significant problem because the electricity is often most needed in the daytime, when consumers turn on lights and televisions and air-conditioning.

Solar energy is also used to heat water and pools — and of course a properly designed house will optimize the light and heat qualities of as it floods through the windows.

For now, electricity generation from the sun’s rays needs to be subsidized because it requires the purchase of new equipment and investment in evolving technologies. But costs are rapidly dropping. And regulators are still learning how to structure stimulus payments so that they yield a stable green industry that supports itself.

China Leading Solar Race

China has leapfrogged the West to emerge as the world’s largest manufacturer of solar panels. China’s efforts to dominate renewable energy technologies raise the prospect that the West may someday trade its dependence on oil from the Mideast for a reliance on solar panels, wind turbines and other gear manufactured in China.

The Chinese government charges a renewable energy fee to all electricity users. The fee revenue goes to companies that operate the electricity grid, to make up the cost difference between renewable energy and coal-fired power.

In the United States, power companies frequently face a choice between buying renewable energy equipment or continuing to operate fossil-fuel-fired power plants that have already been built and paid for. In China, power companies have to buy lots of new equipment anyway, and alternative energy is increasingly priced competitively.

But China’s commitment to renewable energy is expensive. Although costs are falling steeply through mass production, solar power is still at least twice as expensive as coal.
Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/home-improvement-articles/panel-solar-for-homes-3702143.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org

Johnny Solar

Born in Chicago, IL

Solar solution developer

Energy Corporation Association

Affiliated Green Earth Guide

Interested in solar panels for your home? Solar energy, wind power and moving water are all traditional sources of alternative energy that are making progress. The enthusiasm everyone shares for these developments has in many ways created a sense of complacency that our future energy demands will easily be met.

Alternative energy is an interesting concept when you think about it. In our global society, it simply means energy that is produced from sources other than our primary energy supply: fossil fuels. Coal, oil and natural gas are the three kinds of fossil fuels that we have mostly depended on for our energy needs, from home heating and electricity to fuel for our automobiles and mass transportation.

The problem is, fossil fuels are non-renewable. They are limited in supply and will one day be depleted. There is no escaping this conclusion. Fossil fuels formed from plants and animals that lived hundreds of millions of years ago and became buried way underneath the Earth's surface where their remains collectively transformed into the combustible materials we use for fuel.

In fact, the earliest known fossil fuel deposits are from the Cambrian Period about 500 million years ago, way before the dinosaurs emerged onto the scene. This is when most of the major groups of animals first appeared on Earth. The later fossil fuels -- which provide more substandard fuels like peat or lignite coal (soft coal) -- began forming as late as five million years ago in the Pliocene Period. At our rate of consumption, these fuels cannot occur fast enough to meet our current or future energy demands.

Despite the promise of alternative energy sources -- more appropriately called renewable energy, collectively they provide only about seven percent (7%) of the world's energy needs (Source: Energy Information Agency). This means that fossil fuels, along with nuclear energy -- a controversial, non-renewable energy source -- are supplying 93% of the world's energy resources.

Nuclear energy, which is primarily generated by splitting atoms, only provides six percent (6%) of the world's energy supplies. And it is not likely to be a major source of world energy consumption because of public pressure and the relative dangers associated with unleashing the power of the atom. Yet, governments such as the United States see its vast potential and are placing pressure on the further exploitation of nuclear energy.

The total world energy demand is for about 400 quadrillion British Thermal Units -- or BTUs -- each year (Source: US Department of Energy). That's 400,000,000,000,000,000 BTUs! A BTU is roughly equal to the energy and heat generated by a match. Oil, coal and natural gas supply nearly 88 % of the world's energy needs, or about 350 quadrillion BTUs. Of this amount, oil is king, providing about 41 percent of the world's total energy supplies, or about 164 quadrillion BTUs. Coal provides 24% of the world's energy, or 96 quadrillion BTUs, and natural gas provides the remaining 22%, or 88 quadrillion BTUs.

IIt's not so much that we mine fossil fuels for our consumption any more than it is to mine salt or tap water supplies way underground. The problems occur when we destroy ecosystems while mining it and while using it. Certainly, if there were a way that fossil fuels can be mined and used in ways that do not harm our ecology, then every thing will be okay... in a perfect world. What makes our world perfect is that, it really isn't perfect according to definition. It is natural, with all things interdependent on each other to live, grow and produce. Fossil fuel mining and oil production can and has caused irreparable damage to our environment.

The Fossil Fuel Dilemma

Fossil fuels exist, and they provide a valuable service. It's not so much that we use fossil fuels for energy that is problematic, but it's the side effects of using them that causes all of the problems. Burning fossil fuels creates carbon dioxide, the number one greenhouse gas contributing to global warming. Combustion of these fossil fuels is considered to be the largest contributing factor to the release of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. In the 20th century, the average temperature of Earth rose one degree Fahrenheit (1°F). This was a period that saw the most prolific population growth and industrial development (read use of energy) in Earth's history.

The impact of global warming on the environment is extensive and affects many areas. In the Arctic and Antarctica, warmer temperatures are causing the ice to melt which will increase sea level and change the composition of the surrounding sea water. Rising sea levels alone can impede processes ranging from settlement, agriculture and fishing both commercially and recreationally. Air pollution is also a direct result of the use of fossil fuels, resulting in smog and the degradation of human health and plant growth.

But there's also the great dangers posed to natural ecosystems that result from collecting fossil fuels, particularly coal and oil. Oil spills have devastated ecosystems and coal mining has stripped lands of their vitality. This is the primary reason there is enormous pressure on the current Bush Administration to discontinue its pursuit to tap the vast oil reserves in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR).

The oil, coal and natural gas companies know these are serious problems. But until our renewable energy sources become more viable as major energy providers, the only the alternative for our global population is for these companies to continue tapping into the fossil fuel reserves to meet our energy needs. And, you can pretty much count on these companies being there providing energy from renewable sources when the fossil fuels are depleted. Many oil companies, for example, are involved in the development of more reliable renewable energy technologies. For example, British Petroleum Company, today known as BP, has become one of the world's leading providers of solar energy through its BP Solar division, a business that they are planning on eclipsing their oil production business in the near future.

Future Supplies for Future Energy

Just how limited are our fossil fuel reserves? Some estimates say our fossil fuel reserves will be depleted within 50 years, while others say it will be 100-120 years. The fact is that neither one of these projections is very appealing for a global community that is so heavily dependent on fossil fuels to meet basic human needs. The bottom line: We are going to run out of fossil fuels for energy and we have no choice but to prepare for the new age of energy production since, most certainly, human demands for energy will not decrease.

Nobody really knows when the last drop of oil, lump of coal or cubic foot of natural gas will be collected from the Earth. All of it will depend on how well we mange our energy demands along with how well we can develop and use renewable energy sources.

And here is one very important factor: population growth. As the population grows upwards towards nine billion people over the next 50 years, the world's energy demands will increase proportionately. Not only will it be important for renewable energy to keep up with the increasing population growth, but it must outpace not only these demands but begin replacing fossil fuel energy production if we are to meet future energy needs.

By the year 2020, world energy consumption is projected to increase by 50%, or an additional 207 quadrillion BTUs. If the global consumption of renewable energy sources remains constant, the world's available fossil fuel reserves will be consumed in 104 years or early in the 22nd century.(Source: US Department of Energy) Clearly, renewable energy resources will play an increasingly vital role in the power generation mix over the next century.

Miami Solar, Miami Solar Panels, Miami Solar Water, Miami Solar Money.
Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/home-improvement-articles/miami-solar-homes-will-be-the-future-in-miami-with-solar-homes-and-solar-panels-and-solar-water-heaters-3728758.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org

Johnny Solar

Born in Chicago, IL

Solar solution developer

Energy Corporation Association

Affiliated Green Earth Guide

Interested in solar panels for your home? The oil spill in the gulf just about broke the camels back. So why not start there with making the biggest change that this country needs to make in order to become the super power it once was, to be the economic giant of old, what better way than to become oil free and solar dependent the way the universe planned for us.

Solar energy, solar power and all the changes to the environment, employment and the overall impact it would have on the region would benefit New Orleans in a very positive and beneficial way and for the country too. The people of New Orleans need a break and I think this would be a great one. It would be great is the U.S. government would subsidize the conversion of lets say 60% of the existing and new homes in the New Orleans area.

The Success Solar Group could help with matching the home owners up with the best contractors and suppliers of solar equipment to do the job. This in turn would create jobs, bolster the economy and bring much needed relief to the area. So if our leaders in Congress are reading this maybe they should start writing the house bills needed to put this type of legislation through and help get this part of the country working in the right direction again.

This would give the Mardi Gras committee a real issue to focus on and create next years celebration around which in turn would also create some temporary jobs, is anybody listening? Converting homes so that they use solar power to run the electricity, heat their homes, heat their water, and even heat the pools in their back yards would really start the ball rolling in getting this country off its Oil addiction.

Consider the environment in the New Orleans area already hit hard by the Gulf oil spill, this is an area much traveled by tourists from other countries and should be on the top of a priorities list of places to start improving the environmental conditions, and what better way than to begin with the way we get our energy supply, the fact that the area was so badly affected by the oil spill makes it a perfect model to bring in solar energy conversion.

You can bet a lot of people reading this might be saying why not let BP Oil subsidize the conversion from fossil fuel it's not as if they don't have the money solar power for all the homes affected by the spill. And rightfully so, why not? It would give them good PR.

The Success Solar Group is dedicated to helping the victims of the hurricane and the oil spill by providing information needed to find the right people to make these conversions.

This country needs to do something very soon, we think solar power conversions is a good place to begin, if enough people got behind this I am sure the Government would listen, remember our strongest voice is still our vote, something to think about. Next years elections will come fast remember and become active, the solar movement will start out slow its our job to keep it alive.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/interior-design-articles/mardi-gras-will-be-celebrating-with-solar-next-year-3811516.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org
Johnny Solar
Born in Phoenix, AZ
Solar solution developer

Energy Corporation Association
Affiliated Green Earth Guide

We stand by our network of solar companies and work to get the rates you deserve for FREE! The technology is coming out so fast, the government is being requested for patents at an alarming rate, and some patents have been classified. The point is the technology is right around the corner that will capture and store this energy and this will create a market that will be ripe for everyone on this planet to get aboard and save money, and more important make money.

For too long we have been playing this oil game and our country has been losing, losing to other countries that have no vested interest in The United States, well we do, and its our sovereign right to harness this source and We've all heard, many seen the 2012 movie, articles, hype, about the coming of 2012, I have seen the movies it was a lot of fun, solar storms erupting and sending cosmic radiation to earth etc etc. But solar energy is real and there are a lot of companies out there developing way to harness that energy, just think of it, there's a lot of free energy being poured out on this planet, the year is 2010 and we have not tapped this source yet?

use it to bettor our country and living standards, and who says we can't make money too.

The Success Solar Group is doing just that, were proactive about taking advantage of the sun as a source of cheap energy and getting this country back to work again. We understand the hardships of our fellow country men, how our country has taken a loss ever since we found ourselves at the losing end of the oil game, but that is over, it was innovation that made this country and we need to reclaim that edge.

People are starting to realize and are making the changes necessary to make they're homes and businesses solar efficient with solar systems, solar panels, solar service.

Photovoltaic Part Of The New Wave

Photovoltaics (PV) is a method of generating electrical power by converting solar radiation into direct current electricity using semiconductors that exhibit the photovoltaic effect. Photovoltaic power generation employs solar panels comprising a number of cells containing a photovoltaic material. Materials presently used for photovoltaics include monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, cadmium telluride, and copper indium selenide/sulfide. Due to the growing demand for renewable energy sources, the manufacture of solar cells and photovoltaic arrays has advanced considerably in recent years.

As of 2010, solar photovoltaics generates electricity in more than 100 countries and, while yet comprising a tiny fraction of the 4800 GW total global power-generating capacity from all sources, is the fastest growing power-generation technology in the world. Between 2004 and 2009, grid-connected PV capacity increased at an annual average rate of 60 percent, to some 21 GW. Such installations may be ground-mounted (and sometimes integrated with farming and grazing) or built into the roof or walls of a building, known as Building Integrated Photovoltaics or BIPV for short. Off-grid PV accounts for an additional 3–4 GW.

Driven by advances in technology and increases in manufacturing scale and sophistication, the cost of photovoltaics has declined steadily since the first solar cells were manufactured. Net metering and financial incentives, such as preferential feed-in tariffs for solar-generated electricity, have supported solar PV installations in many countries.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/diy-articles/the-solar-wave-is-coming-3611053.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org
Johnny Solar
Born in Phoenix, AZ
Solar soluton developer

Energy Corporation Association
Affilated Green Earth Guide

Interested in solar panels for your home? We just need to step up the implementation of making our every day life dependent on solar power and not fossil fuels, we have solar panels, electric cars, companies, factories but we still need to do more, we need to increase the number of these facilities and modes of travel, where this is the majority and not the minority.

What the smart ones are doing

Property owners are taking advantage of generous tax credits by adding energy efficient components to their homes and nearby structures. Some homeowners add solar arrays to their roofs, while others add them to their garages. It doesn't matter if the building is newly constructed homes or decades old because skilled installers can retrofit solar panels and arrays to accommodate any home with southern exposure. Here are a few examples of how the arrays might look on your home.

What about two story homes?

The Northern California Solar Energy Association, in its glossary, defines natural convection as "A method of heat transfer where a fluid (liquid, gas or molten metal) picks up heat from one object and carries it to another by currents that result from the rising of lighter, warm fluid and the sinking of heavier, cool fluid. The two objects exchanging energy don't have to physically touch. Convection is the source of the 'wind chill factor' and the 'cooling breeze' we experience outdoors and the 'draft' we feel often feel while indoors." In a two-story passive solar house with open spaces, warm air will rise to the top. The house can be designed to take advantage of this form of natural convection in order to cool the house using passive methods.

Frederick Bernard, the owner of Acorn Builders, a custom home designer, builder, and remodeler, says, "In a lot of these types of homes, you see what's called a heat chimney. It's like a cupola with vents in it. It can be made with operable windows so that you can open them at night and the heat will leave the house and draw in the cooler outdoor air. That's a passive way to cool a house."

The green-rated.org website, a project of Portland's Office of Sustainable Development, says, "When warm air rises and leaks out at the top of a building, cooler air is drawn in at the bottom. Openings and spaces, such as atriums, can be designed to encourage this type of flow. A heat chimney is a device that uses the sun to heat air to create convection. An example of such a device is a cupola on top of a house."

The Office of Sustainable Development cites the People's Food Co-op in Portland as an example of a building that successfully uses a heat chimney. The Co-op "installed a chimney stack to help cool their building using natural ventilation. The stack was installed as one component of an well-integrated heating and cooling system that eliminated the need for mechanical cooling." Another Portland example is Ode to Roses, where the designer constructed the building "to take advantage of heat rising and consequently avoided the need to mechanically cool the building. The owner strategically installed a multi-purpose clerestory (or monitor) on the second floor that drastically increases daylight penetration and serves as a hot air outlet when perimeter outlets are opened."

You can also use active methods, such as traditional air-conditioning, to help equalize the temperature differences between the first and second stories of a two-story passive solar house. Bernard says, "It's all in the design of the system. You can design your two-story house with an air-conditioning system so that it distributes more cool air to the upper floors or draws the heat from the top floors and cools it, then distributes it back to the lower floors or draws heat from your upper floors and sends it back into your lower floors so that your upper floors aren't hotter than your lower floors. These are ways to make sure your top floors aren't always hotter than your bottom floors. You need to rely on your heating and cooling contractor for that."

Bernard adds, "Some cities, like Austin, have rebate programs for sealing and insulating your home to hold a more constant temperature and make it more energy efficient."

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/home-security-articles/solar-homes-can-save-you-money-3616173.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org
Johnny Solar
Born in Phoenix, AZ
Solar soluton developer

Energy Corporation Association
Affilated Green Earth Guide

Interested in solar panels for your home? The rapidly expanding population and need for energy has put immense pressure on the planet's natural resources. The use of fossil fuels like petrol, oil and coal has led the planet to the brink of self destruction. This is one of the main reasons why scientists and environmentalists are advocating the use of cleaner and renewable sources of energy for the progress and safety of the human society. Considering the constantly growing needs of the human society, the solar power system seems to be the most effective source of renewable energy available. The use of solar power to fuel needs as common as daily tasks to the more complicated industrial appliances have been propagated by many government and scientific organizations.

There are a number of alternatives for renewable fuel which are being constantly explored by many scientific researches. However, the solar power remains the most evident and easily available resource today. Tapping into solar energy can provide people with enough fuel to utilize and power their day to day activities. The science of converting this energy into electrical and mechanical power has developed to a considerable extent making the task a lot simpler for people. The use of solar panel has been instrumental in developing this potential energy source and making it available to the common public. The solar panel helps to convert the sun's rays into thermal and electrical energy. This, in turn can be used to power electrical appliances for basic and every day use.

One of the major advantages of solar panel installation is its simplicity. These panels have no moving parts making them easy to install and operate. Moreover, their ability to perform in all weather providing the user with maximum power during all times of the day makes them perfect for customers. There is also the option of wiring together multiple solar power system to increase the capacity of output and energy produced. The panels help in absorbing the sun's rays and preserving it for store, even during cloudy days or wintry conditions. Moreover, the use of solar energy results in no polluting emissions making it the cleanest source of power available today. The other advantage of the use of these power panels remains in their economy. The solar panel is known to reduce electrical and heating expenses to a great extent while providing the consumer with unchanged comforts. In times of growing concerns about the lack of energy resources and increasing pollution, the solar power system remains the most optimal solution available.

There are many services which provide information and technical inputs into this installation. The internet too offers a great deal of knowledge about these facilities. Customers can choose an experienced and reliable website in order to locate the best solar panel installation service for their needs. They can also avail of solar power rebate which is provided to users to encourage this initiative. This contributed to building a more economically and efficiently powered accommodation. The use of solar energy remains a very accessible and beneficial energy resource for the world.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/home-improvement-articles/create-greener-energy-with-solar-power-systems-4411406.html
About the Author

Anne H is the author of this article on Solar Power System. If you are fascinated by the force of the earth's gravity then beware of the colossal sun's gravitational pull; the enormous pressure pulverises molecules, breaking them up into smaller components, and this breakdown produces a great deal of energy combined with other molecular components, which reaches the earth in 8.3 minutes in the form of sunlight. – Then the magic starts!

The sunlight carries two types of energy; the 1st is the light energy, which can then be manipulated by the solar panels to produce electricity, and the 2nd is heat energy which used by the solar hot water systems to produce a continuous flow of hot water.

The major challenge that we face with solar energy is that the sunlight isn't available for 24 hours and even in the daytime continuous supply isn't guaranteed, due to many factors. However countries like Australia are blessed with more than enough sunlight strength to provide useful energy production in summer even on cloudy days. The growth of solar technology has been rapid; if you turn your clock back a few decades ago, harnessing the sun's energy wasn't possible in any way, but today we have solar PV technology as the prime carrier of solar energy's viability.

Australia is one of the leading nations in solar technological advances. Not only do we have perfect climatic conditions, but also the geographical capabilities and knowledge; Australia gave birth to the top solar scientist in world! But one major disadvantage to our widespread use of solar technology was the very size of our country and the logistical difficulties to overcome because of that, and so our earlier advancements got bogged down due to financial difficulties and other countries soon overtook us.

Fortunately though in the last couple of years extensive Government funding combined with technological breakthroughs has made solar energy much cheaper to obtain and so more accessible to every householder. Also rapid improvements in manufacturing technology means it's now possible to have much better power generation from the same size of panel system, so that an average roof space is more likely to be able to produce enough power to cover a considerable portion of your existing electricity bill.

Aside from household Solar use becoming more and more widespread, the really exciting news for both our environment and the Australian economy are the large commercial aspects now being pursued; huge scale commercial solar power parks are being established in an attempt to generate the massive clean energy production necessary for large corporations to be able to bypass our dependence on traditional fossil fuel "dirty" energy sources, mainly coal.

This is where the proposed Carbon Tax will be hugely influential as it is designed to make it cheaper for industry and corporations to purchase clean renewable solar energy using "Solar Credits" then to continue to use electricity produced via dirty energy…….we will have to wait and see exactly what happens in Parliament for that one, but certainly this scheme or something similar seems the only likely way for Australia to meet their emission target requirements for 2020.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/construction-articles/solar-energy-facts-the-future-of-australian-homes-and-cities-4509686.html
About the Author

Premier Solar is committed to being Australia's leading Solar Power & Renewable Energy solutions provider for both homes and medium to large scale commercial solar projects. Imagine changing openly available solar electricity into electricity that may be used to power your house.

The quantity of electricity that'll be generated relies on the number and wattage of the solar panels and the amount of direct sun light the solar panels receive. If the solar panels are manufacturing more electricity that what's wanted to run your house the excess solar energy can be sold to the electrical company.

This is a great situation to be in, be selling electricity back to the application district. There are a couple of things you need to consider before deciding on installing a solar energy system on your home.

To regain the original investment you want to figure out how long it'll take. You do not need to move out of the home before having recovered your investment. Have you got a huge enough room on your roof where the solar panels can be installed on that receives at least 6 hours of direct sun light each day? Solar cells work the best in direct sunlight. To this extent, energy which can be harnessed from renewable sources is being encouraged and solar energy is what immediately comes to mind when we think of renewable energy.

Informative solar programs which are part of national solar schools program now are essential for anyone wishing to get in this field. Solar schools program train people in the essentials of solar installation, maintenance and how to harness this energy in the best way possible. A solar course gives you the best solar training as the correct training is highly crucial since the subject of solar energy is so broad and complicated.

Although lots of information can be had on solar energy, some of it can be quite misleading and obsolete. Solar training equips you with the skills to get registered with most of the government solar programswhich have been created to generate confidence among customers and to promote industry standards. Certificate courses are offered to practitioners of renewable energy. Hence, enrolling in reputable government solar power programs can be very helpful as well as illuminating.

Even for those practitioners of solar energy who only wish to utilize the knowledge for their home and have no plans of becoming professional solar installers, a solar course is always beneficial as it gives them greater insight into how the entire solar heating system works. They get to know the inside-outside of the solar heating systems, conditions necessary to tap solar energy, its advantages, expenses and maintenance and all the safety procedures which should be taken. Solar training through any of the national solar courses is of tremendous help for electricians, contractors, plumbers, engineers, architects, maintenance personnel, PV manufacturers and distributors, product wholesalers/resellers and to their advantage in a professional capacity also. Companies investing in solar cities can train their employees like designers and engineers in the national solar systems of education.

Most of the courses offered involve training in online photovoltaic education with special stress on installation, maintenance of these systems and design. The safety angle is stressed upon emphatically because most people under training need to realize that they are dealing with electricity and energy and safety procedures must be thoroughly ingrained into them.

Solar schools are starting, growing and expanding because of the increased demand for qualified engineers, technicians and designers in this emerging field of solar energy. The need for qualified solar experts will only escalate in the years to come. A solar course can equip you with the training required to embark on a career in this line or to better handle your existing career. Solar energy also involves a lot of technical knowledge and these solar courses keep you abreast with the latest technological advancements in the field of renewable energy. Solar energy has definite benefits like reducing home energy bills and most importantly, caring for the environment.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/customer-service-articles/informative-solar-programs-a-must-for-anyone-in-the-solar-energy-field-4457729.html
About the Author

Solar Bros-our team is committed in exploring ways to bringgreen electricity to households in Australia and for the benefit of the environment. It would take $300 billion to produce that much energy from nuclear sources.

Distributed energy is much more efficient than energy produced from coal, oil, and nuclear. Yet, it hasn't benefited from the same amount of funding as the other more traditional methods.

Proponents of the 10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act include Environment and Public Works Committee Chair Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Ben Cardin (D-MD), Jeff Merkley (D-OR), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), and Arlen Specter (D-PA).

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/politics-articles/10-million-solar-roofs-10-million-gallons-of-solar-hot-water-act-2312258.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. Each year for the past 4 have marked significant growth of solar capacity. Currently, the United States generates 1.4 GW of electricity from solar (1 GW is enough to power 750,000 homes).

The amount of solar electricity production by 2020 heavily depends on the amount of solar financing available. According to Bloomberg, nearly $100 billion in private investment and solar financing will be required. This will increase the United States' solar energy production to 44 GW.

The growth is expected thanks to strong government support and decreasing cost of equipment. Currently, the federal government's solar policy is the industry's strongest ally. With the recent agreement to install solar on the White House and the current 30% tax break (off the cost of a solar installation), the federal government has shown that renewable energy is becoming a priority.

Over the next decade, the cost of solar energy and electricity produced from conventional sources will be the same without subsidies. To get there, the government must continue solar subsidies to keep money from the private sector flowing into solar.

With the growth of solar over the next decade, the United States is investing in our future through ensuring cheap, abundant energy. As conventional sources of energy are used up, cheap and abundant alternatives are required. Solar is a promising technology and as investment in solar research will increase through the next decade, the price of solar will continue to decrease.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/economics-articles/pv-solar-market-growth-in-the-us-3572539.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. Reaching this mark would allow Kyocera Solar to supply 3.5 kW solar electric systems to about 285,000 homes. With an initial production goal of 30 megawatts per year, solar module manufacturing will begin in Kyocera's existing Balboa Avenue facility.

Kyocera Solar will take advantage of their current manufacturing operations to offer the U.S. solar market the company's most powerful and most efficient solar modules. Two reasons why Kyocera Solar chose San Diego are because it is close to Kyocera Mexicana in Tijuana and because San Diego's solar market has the most potential in the most ambitious state when it comes to renewable energy standards. San Diego has a rising demand for large-scale photovoltaic systems and Kyocera Solar wants to focus on meeting that demand. Overall, California has deployed more solar energy systems than any other state.

"Today's announcement is further proof that California's nation-leading green policies play a vital role in our state's economic success. Even in this recession, green jobs in California have grown, and Kyocera's decision to locate its solar manufacturing operations in San Diego will create even more jobs at a time when they are needed most," said Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Though the Kyoto, Japan based Kyocera has been involved in clean energy technology through solar modules for the past 35 years, they are widely known for their success in telecommunications, copiers, printers, industrial ceramics and more. In the year ending March 31, 2009, Kyocera netted sales of $11.5 billion.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/business-opportunities-articles/kyocera-solar-to-begin-production-of-solar-modules-in-san-diego-3869006.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. An active house is one that collects more energy than it needs in a years time and stores the excess for needs that exceed the expected or emergency situations.

The first working active/positive home of this type is in Denmark, sad to say we can not make this claim being a country of innovative and original thinkers. But that does not mean we can't learn from this and build the next best thing. The home in Denmark is equipped with thermal and electric solar systems, the heat is solar heated and distributed through the flooring creating a radiant heat, a very comfortable way of heating with no visible objects from which the heat is distributed, except the floor has a warm cozy feel from the heated water running through the tubing under it.

Features of new wave solar powered homes include the likes of R40 Larsen Truss walls, triple glazed R6 super windows, glazing revamped for passive solar heating, a new solarium, a hand crafted masonry heater, and much more. In addition to a very good thermal envelope. Like most good designs, this one is simple and robust without a lot of gadgetry.

Solar power home financing is also an area of growth as far as new ways of finding the money to convert your home, Government incentives are of course the loudest talking ways of financial help, but another way is leasing, there companies who will install and lease the equipment to home owners, again this is where a little smart shopping skills are very valuable. Should you decide to go with a power purchase agreement make sure you understand everything and have read all the fine print. Many companies have solar plans; shop at least a dozen before making a commitment.

Passive VS Photovoltaic

Photovoltaic solar panels absorb and transform sunlight to direct electrical current. Passive solar panels and absorbers lack the intensity necessary to transform light and heat into electricity; however, they are quite capable of radiating heat and providing hot water. Using both photovoltaic and passive solar systems to power and heat a home is an efficient use of resources.

Unknown interesting fact about solar installation is New Jersey is second only to California in new installations, the important thing about having a home powered by solar and your not fortunate enough to live in California, Arizona, Hawaii or any of the other states blessed with sunlight almost year round, is to have a good power storage system and backup system.

In the coming next year the technological advancements that are coming our way will make solar systems easier to install, finance and maintain, unfortunately its only when the big corporations figure out how to make money from mass installations and a automated way of collecting the excess energy and recycling it will the solar conversion really take off.

By that time solar conversion systems will be hot commercials, one can only imagine what kind of commercials will be aired during half time at the super bowl, I am sure they will be fun if not educational laced with many innuendoes.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/tools-and-equipment-articles/todays-solar-considerations-3899735.html
About the Author

http://www.SuccessSolarGroup.org
Johnny Solar
Born in Phoenix, AZ
Solar solution developer

Energy Corporation Association
Affiliated Green Earth Guide

We stand by our network of solar companies and work to get the rates you deserve for FREE! Men typically followed in their father's footsteps, learning a specific skill over a life-long course. Today, men and women have every opportunity imaginable at their fingertips. Although many do follow their parents' footsteps, most venture on a different occupation path. With this freedom comes the ability and desire to change careers. With the recent recession (2008-2010+), many individuals have lost their jobs and become confused about where to take their lives next.

One emerging industry, renewable energy, specifically solar, has claimed many individuals seeking a new career in a blooming industry. With a large workforce and little training/knowledge of solar has come the emergence of solar courses. These courses provide information and skills for individuals interested in transitioning into the solar industry.

Solar courses are courses focusing on training hard-working professionals from various industries to understand how solar works, install solar systems, sell pv solar systems, and research solar technology. Solar courses are extremely rewarding. They inspire individuals to protect the earth through sustainable energy resources, help homeowners manage large electricity bills, and alleviate the demand for energy.

While taking a solar course, students learn what a solar panel is, how to set up a solar system, solar-lighting options, solar-thermal water heating (pools and hot water), and more. Throughout the course, students receive hands-on training to perform tasks required upon graduation. By the end of the solar course, students are qualified in installation, construction, design, business-management, sales, or marketing.

Taking advantage of current technology, courses are offered both in the classroom and online. The courses vary in length, some, like Rich Hessler's Solar Sales Training, lasts 2 days while others, like Mira Costa College's Solar Installation Course, lasts one week.

Solar courses are being taken by both young individuals desiring a career in solar and seasoned professionals of other fields, wanting to change career paths to a new, blooming industry.

If you are interested in solar, taking a course is typically the easiest way into the industry. Do your research online or consult an individual in the field.

Solar is a blooming industry. With energy prices destined to increase as supplies continue to diminish, solar will only become more economically feasible and demanded.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/entrepreneurship-articles/online-solar-courses-pv-courses-2035150.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. As the country begins climbing out of recession, it is going to require increasing public acceptance of solar energy to get the economic engine fired up.

Solar industry projections provide that the uneven supply and demand ratio characteristic of 2009 will be balanced out this year due to strong demand in the Asian and U.S. markets. These markets will help increase the global solar usage to 9.3 GW in 2010. This would translate into a market value of U.S. $39 billion.

Decreasing prices in solar equipment and materials should open up new markets allowing for the industry to reach a United States $77 billion value with 26.4 GW of capacity in 2015.
A huge role in the growth of the solar market will be the demand for solar technology in China. Currently, China is the largest single manufacturer of solar products in the world but not a huge buyer of them. China will have to deploy solar technology as they have a significant impact on global warming and the energy crisis. According to most solar industry projections, China will be the largest solar market in the world in 2015.

Supply and demand will only be restored to its equilibrium once the market experiences some company failures and lowered utility rates.

Ted Sullivan, senior analyst at Lux Research and author of the new report "Solar's Shakeout: Europe Loses Leadership as China Rises", cites that solar installations will rise at an annual rate of 23% between 2010 and 2015. Yet, revenue will only grow annually by 14% due to falling solar equipment prices.

With the projection of 26.5 GW of solar deployed in the United States in 5 years (currently just over 1 GW), there is plenty of room for expansion in the solar industry. As energy prices rise in the future, demand for solar will increase dramatically, creating jobs increasing revenue of strong solar companies.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/economics-articles/solar-industry-projections-2823993.html
About the Author

Rich Hessler Solar - An organization that provides the elements necessary to launch or increase sales and revenue for solar businesses. If you have an old house or bought a house that did not include solar panels then it is not too late to build a solar panel! You can always add them later!

As we all know, a solar panel is a device which you can use to collect solar energy from the sun that can then be converted into electricity using inverters. This electricity can be used to generate power for your home. The size of the solar panels depend on how much or the percentage of your home that you want to power using solar electricity. If you what to build a solar panel for your home, you must take into consideration the factors that might affect the efficiency of your device.

In a climate where you get a lot of steady sunlight, it is a good idea to build solar hot water heater to use that sunlight into your advantage. There are different types of thermal solar panels or solar water heaters and they may differ in degrees of difficulty to build. The batch water heater is the most common type of solar water heater and is definitely the easiest to build. Basic mechanics of a batch hot water heater includes a water tank that is placed outside or in a glass container for the sunlight to be able to heat the water inside. The best way to build a batch water heater is to paint the water tank with matte black paint for it to absorb as much sunlight as possible and then stick that water tank inside a glass box. This glass box will trap the heat of the sunlight that is not immediately absorbed by the water tank. The disadvantage in using a batch water heater is that you will need to empty the tank during the time when the weather drops below freezing point as pipes that are frozen might burst.

There are also different types of solar panel array mountings, the fixed, adjustable, and the tracking type. Fixed solar panel mounts are the simplest and least expensive. Adjustable solar panel mounts has an adjustable angle of inclination which can be moved at a lower angle of the sun during winter. Tracking solar panel mounts follow the path of the sun during the day in order to maximize the solar radiation that the solar panel receives. The tracking solar panel mount is the most efficient among all types.

These are not the only things that you should consider when you are adding solar panels to your home. You should also consider several other factors when building solar panels for your home. This include the shading and shadows on solar panels, temperature and wind loading, cost and expected life span of your solar panels, and the amount of sunshine you will be getting from where you are located and where your control panel will be placed.

Remember that when you decide to make a green decision like building solar panels for your home, you are paving the wave for a greener earth!

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/electronics-articles/build-a-solar-panel-2520145.html
About the Author

Whether you have recently purchased a new home or are making new arrangements to your home solar panels are a great thing to consider. How it Works?

What is a Solar Panel? How it Works?
Author: Making Solar Panels

If you truly wish your source of energy to be independent, there are only a few choices: solar in the form of solar electric panels, hot water panels, and passive heating; wind generators for electric production and windmills for water pumping; and hydro electric generators.

A good rule of thumb is that once you eliminate the use of electricity for space heating, water heating, and cooking (electric stoves), most any house can be operated successfully from a solar, wind, or hydro system.

What is a Solar Panel?

Solar panels generate free power from the sun by converting sunlight to electricity with no moving parts, zero emissions, and no maintenance. The solar panel, the first component of a Solar Power System, is a collection of individual silicon cells that generate electricity from sunlight. The photons (light particles) produce an electrical current as they strike the surface of the thin silicon wafers. A single solar cell produces only about 1/2 (.5) of a volt. However, a typical 12 volt panel about 25 inches by 54 inches will contain 36 cells wired in series to produce about 17 volts peak output. If the solar panel can be configured for 24 volt output, there will be 72 cells so the two 12 volt groups of 36 each can be wired in series, usually with a jumper, allowing the solar panel to output 24 volts. When under load (charging batteries for example), this voltage drops to 12 to 14 volts (for a 12 volt configuration) resulting in 75 to 100 watts for a panel of this size.

Multiple solar panels can be wired in parallel to increase current capacity (more power) and wired in series to increase voltage for 24, 48, or even higher voltage systems. The advantage of using a higher voltage output at the solar panels is that smaller wire sizes can be used to transfer the electric power from the solar panel array to the charge controller & batteries.

Basic Types of Solar Panels

Monocrystalline solar panels: The most efficient and expensive solar panels are made with Monocrystalline cells. These solar cells use very pure silicon and involve a complicated crystal growth process. Long silicon rods are produced which are cut into slices of .2 to .4 mm thick discs or wafers which are then processed into individual cells that are wired together in the solar panel.

Polycrystalline solar panels: Often called Multi-crystalline, solar panels made with Polycrystalline cells are a little less expensive & slightly less efficient than Monocrystalline cells because the cells are not grown in single crystals but in a large block of many crystals. This is what gives them that striking shattered glass appearance. Like Monocrystalline cells, they are also then sliced into wafers to produce the individual cells that make up the solar panel.

Amorphous solar panels: These are not really crystals, but a thin layer of silicon deposited on a base material such as metal or glass to create the solar panel. These Amorphous solar panels are much cheaper, but their energy efficiency is also much less so more square footage is required to produce the same amount of power as the Monocrystalline or Polycrystalline type of solar panel. Amorphous solar panels can even be made into long sheets of roofing material to cover large areas of a south facing roof surface.

Are you considering installing solar panels for your home?

Solar panels can be a great investment that not only saves you money and increases the value of your property, but also helps the environment while it's helping your wallet and bank account.

You may probably wondering, commercially made Solar Panels are very expensive. Alternatively, you can build your own solar panel, if you can do some handyman work. Homemade solar panels are a lot cheaper comparing to their commercially made counterparts. Making solar panels really isn't as complicated as you might think. To build a solar panel you will need some basic materials and a budget of about $150-$200 per solar panel that you want to build.

Click Here For Free Guide to Making Solar Panels

Article Source: <a href="http://www.articlesbase.com/diy-articles/what-is-a-solar-panel-how-it-works-3049485.html" title="What is a Solar Panel? It would be tiring to become dependent on our local utility companies all the time. Occasionally our ever so trusted local utility companies are no so trustworthy at all since unanticipated power outrages have been much more typical nowadays. Alongside with that, there come the year round rate hikes that inspired many customers to consider solar energy or solar panels as an choice. In reply, a lot of manufacturers have already released powerful solar panel systems for both residential and commercial use. But how do these solar panels truly work? How can we Make a Solar Panels at Home? Would they price a great deal? The write-up is all about exploring the fantastic benefits of solar panels.

Solar panels take up energy from the sun. They can stock up this energy within silicon chambers and create an adequate quantity of electrical power to power a home or business. Electrons within the silicon paneling are stirred by contact to the solar during the day. Once stimulated, they extricate themselves from the silicon and are transformed into electricity. There are a lot of different types of solar panels available in the marketplace these days. Portable solar panels have also become very well-liked during the recent years with campers, hikers, and anybody who needs energy away from their homes. These days, an ever-increasing figure of individuals use their cell phones and laptops for both personal and business use.

Packed in solar panel units can be used to energy these tools. In the same way, campers can use these panels to stock up energy all the way via the day, particular that they will have a steadfast energy source during the evenings. Installing these solar panels necessitates a major upfront deal. The price of these solar panels will differ depending upon the size of the paneling program required and the type of panels utilized. It is a extremely good investment though because a full-bodied solar panel program will persist to transport power from the sun at a price that remains practically stable. Having a solar panel system at home effectively reduces your monthly electricity bill and your carbon foot print at the same time. These solar panel systems are also extremely cost-efficient if you choose to buy the DIY ones than buying the pre-assembled solar panels. You also have complete control over the capacity of your own solar energy system. Solar panel kits are an additional nicely-liked alternative. In most cases, these kits hold the resources important to bring together a solar panel, leaving the assembly and setting up to the user. This is an eye-catching option for many consumers simply because it is typically much less expensive than paying for pre-created panels and their installation. Perhaps the most interesting choice, although, is to construct your personal solar panel. This in effect entails finding and purchasing the supplies that you would find in a solar panel kit, and then assembling them your self. There is bounty of good high quality solar panel plans accessible on-line.

For much more info about DIY solar panel methods and on how to Make Solar Panels at Home , you may log onto: http://yourownsolarpanel.org/.

Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/business-articles/numerous-advantages-of-solar-panels-3568766.html
About the Author

Undoubtedly, several have already tried and showed their happiness and contentment about using this.

It has become a reliable
alternative to regular power sources in remote areas. It has even been used in outer space. Solar power system is used in
homes, lighting, architectural projects, and cooking. It has become even more popular as the cost of fossil fuel continues to
rise. Solar panels are designed to collect the power from the sun.
Once solar energy is collected by the solar panels it has to be converted into energy. This can be done by a process called
solar thermal application. It involves using the energy from the sun to directly heat air or liquids. The process of
photoelectric application involves the use of photovoltaic cells to change the energy into electricity.

Domestic solar power system
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_e_0DHUL54k8/R5IQWIq-vlI/AAAAAAAAAIw/eNZRrp13ljs/s400/domestic_solar_power_system.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5157202495763562066" />

Solar power poses no harm to the environment. However, other threats to the environment may affect the ability to use solar
power system in the future. Global dimming is the result of pollution. It allows less sunlight to reach the surface of the
Earth. A recent concern is global dimming, an effect of pollution that is allowing less sunlight to reach the Earth's
surface. Global dimming is caused by pollution particles and global warming.
The Solar Electric Power Association is an organization of electric utility companies and the solar industry. They joined
together to find solutions to meet our energy needs. SEPA is a network of more than one hundred companies. Fifty are utility
companies, twenty five are solar companies, and the rest are various types of businesses. They share experiences, knowledge,
and information about solar programs, They also discuss policies and technology relating to their field.
Is solar energy right for you? There are advantages to using this as a safe alternative to fossil fuel. Solar energy is free.
It can be used in areas where electricity can’t be set up easily. The sun is not a resource that is going to be depleted.
Disadvantages are that it doesn’t work at night. The cost of creating solar power stations to store such energy is very
expensive. In some area of the world, solar energy just isn’t an option because the climate does not receive enough sun light.

Learn about Solar Energy and Solar Panel Installation from an Industry Expert.

Build your own wind turbine or solar power for less than $200

How To Build Your Own Solar Panels
Solar Power system
